Let Go (30 Days of Blogging 2015)

"Learn to Let Go. That is the key to happiness." Buddha

Of all the lessons I have learned, this one is perhaps the greatest one I have ever learned, forgotten, was reminded of, relearned, forgot again, was reminded of again, and now remember on an almost daily basis (I'm a work in progress, what can I say.)

Let go.

Focus on the those things I can actually control, which is far far fewer things than I was obsessing over.

Let them go.

I can't control other people's actions or feelings or issues.

Let it go.

You can't control when things happen.

Let them go.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Let go.

Let go of what did or did not get done yesterday or two days ago, a decade ago.

Make today count.

Let go of regrets. They are heavy anchors that serve no purpose.

Let go of your fears that keep you from living life.

Do karaoke again. Remember to have fun.

Remember to fall in love again and let go of the hurt and resentment.

Let go of those who have hurt or disappointed me.

Just let go.

Let go of what others think you should or shouldn't be.

Let go of expectations that don't fit this woman you have fought so hard to be.

Let go of where you were -- the parts that no longer make sense -- the masks that no longer fit.

Let go.

Be you, Sodaro.
